Blind Date

Jeanine and I spent a good chunk of yesterday helping Nicolai set up his floor of the triplex, which he recently purchased with his siblings. Today, I completed one of my homework assignments, ordering custom blinds for seven windows. Nico has secured tenants for his unit who will move in on May 1, so there is a big rush to get things ready. Nico will not be moving in until his current lease expires in September. We are helping Nico with these tasks because he is thoroughly occupied as the principal organizer for the first-ever Amputee Soccer Open Cup being held on Friday and Saturday at Progin Park. The event, which will feature elite athletes from 17 states, is being organized by the New England Amputee Soccer Association (NEASA), in partnership with the United Adaptive Soccer Association (UASA) and the American Amputee Soccer Association (AASA).
