I suspect I am the only person in the world who can claim to have received a massive mason jar of peaches as a birthday gift from a soccer teammate. The honor was bestowed upon me by Mike Baltay, back for his first game since rupturing his Achilles tendon, and one of my soccer teammates at Union College.
